Our main market are mostly EUROPE and the UNITED STATES and South America with different lines of caps, like brands such as KAPPA and PALM ANGELS and DIESEL, and chain store such as OKAIDI and OVS and JOHN DEERE, or promotion or souvenir, as well as some soccer team like BEYREN and ROMA and JUVENTUS and LICENSE SOUTH AMERICA SOCCER TEAM. Our quality is been well-accepted by customers.
Our factory has over 300 skilled workers at present, and make an annual output of 5,000,000pcs. We have our own embroidery dept. with 4 sets of JAPAN BARUDAN Embroidery
machine and 4 sets of CHINESE ones, printing dept. and washing dept. All of them guarantee us to make various complicated or fashionable styles.
We, YANTAI HOT SUN GAMENTS & ACC. CO., LTD., located in LAIYANG city, YANTAI of SHANDONG province, 90 minutes from Qingdao airport and 120 minutes to QINGDAO port, founded in 2006.
During nearly 20 years, we estabalished 2 factories fully self-controlled for different markets. Main factory achieves most of audit as BSCI and WRAP and HIGG and OEKOTEX and DISNEY and ICS etc. We professionally produce various headwear with different material, including baseball cap, visor, Gatsby, bucket hat and winter hats. We always use high quality fabric and components supplied by qualified factories, and we are using more and more recycled or organic material for global sustainbility from 2021. We got the GRS certificate from 2023 and GOTS & OCS from 2024.
